Import from Notion

Notejoy makes it easy to import your existing pages from Notion as notes in Notejoy.

To import Notion:

  • First, export your pages from Notion. Click on a page within Notion. Click the three dots menu in the top-right corner of the page and select Export. Keep the default format of Markdown & CSV. Check "Include subpages". Then press Export. This will generate a zip file that you can download. Extract that zip file to a folder on your computer.
  • From Notejoy, select Import Notes from the user menu in the bottom-left corner
  • Select the target notebook for the import by clicking the notebook name in the header
  • Where it says "Choose files, a folder, or drag here", click on "folder". Then select the folder you extracted your zip file into.

Notion puts each of your sub-pages in a folder. You'll need to import each folder individually in Notejoy.
