For Zapier's Ops team, the rapidly growing business and remote team has required them to be fast-moving and adaptable to keep up with the business. They tackle everything from new hiring policies to financials to internal communications. As the Zapier team grew, the leadership established core company values to provide guideposts to make decisions.
