Since team libraries are broadly shared with the entire team, you don't have to worry about sharing individual notes with team members.
But of course you may want to send a specific note to an individual. In addition to using @mentions, you can also just share the note url over your favorite channel (email, Slack, iMessage, etc).
You can copy the note url from the browser url bar. Or from the share menu in the top right corner of a note you can select "Copy URL" to copy the url to the clipboard, which works in the desktop apps.
