Since team libraries are broadly shared with the entire team, you don't have to worry about sharing individual notes with team members.
But of course you'll want to bring a specific note to the attention of a team member to get their feedback or simply notify them a note exists.
For this, we encourage you to take advantage of @mentions which allow you to easily notify a team member with a message about a note.
From the sharing menu in the top-right corner of a note, selection @Mention. Then you'll be prompted to select the team member and add an optional message. The team member will then be notified across their preferred channels (email, Slack, mobile). You'll even be notified when they actually check out the note.
