What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, do the following:

  1. From the Notejoy login page, click "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your email address and press Send Login Link
  3. Go to your inbox and click the Login Now button in the email you just received
  4. You are now logged into your account!
  5. If you wish, you can also change your password from the Password Settings dialog that appears right after you logged in
