If you are attempting to login and while doing so are told that you have made too many login attempts, you have two options for logging in:
- You can use the forgot password link to get a magic link sent to your account's email address that will allow you to login. You don't actually have to change your password if you don't want to. You can simply use the link to login.
- You can reach out to the Notejoy support team to reset your login attempts. You can use the chat bubble at the bottom of this page to reach us.
