Permanently delete note

I'd like an option to be able to permanently delete a note so that it is not recoverable via recover deleted notes. This is sometimes needed for permanently deleting sensitive information.
This is now live! Head over to the Recover Deleted Notes dialog and press the x next to the recover button to permanently delete that note. More details here.
