Desktop App: Hidden Window Fix

We fixed a bug in the desktop app that sometimes caused the Notejoy window to be hidden after you launched the application.

To immediately get v1.9.5 of the desktop app, just exit and relaunch the app and wait to be prompted to upgrade.
