I'd prefer expandable *sections* rather than collapsible headers. When expandables are their own separate entity, you can have content *between* those sections, whereas collapsible headers hide *all* content below them until the next header of the same size. This means if you collapse everything, you end up with an uninterrupted wall of header text. There's no way with collapsible headers to have ANY white space between them.
