Tags: Need to stand out from the surrounding body text

Inline #tags are great, but they need to stand out from the body text without the user having to do extra work (like highlighting them).
If I #tag something in a particular paragraph of a note, and that note is 1000 words, I shouldn't have to hunt for the #tag.
