I'm a disillusioned Evernote user looking for a replacement for what was once an awesome product. Loving NoteJoy.
There is one feature that is not on the horizon for NoteJoy, so far as I can tell. I'd like to make a strong recommendation and request for implementing tabs into NJ.
Evernote used to have tabs and in a recent "upgrade" did away with tabs. Their users are furious. Their forums are replete with people complaining, being very upset. Many are talking about moving on -- well, honestly I'm one of those -- for that and numerous other features.
Tabs are huge, huge, huge. Makes your workflow smoother and faster. If you've never used tabs, you might not think it's a big deal, but having used them, it doesn't feel right not to have them.
Easy illustration: imagine not being able to open tabs in your web browser. Ouch. You "can" open multiple windows, but it's a memory hog and is an absolute mess to move back and forth between tabs. So, in EN I would normally have 2-4 "windows" of EN open, but each would have numerous tabs. Slick, easy.
Suffice it to say that once you've had tab, you don't wanna live without 'em.
