Most of us use Windows and I find the web version of NoteJoy is slow for unknown reasons. If there is an option for typing 'simple text' without formatting, the delay could be avoided, according to me. (By the way, typing here in the add feature request window is faster and easier than typing in the web version of NoteJoy. If you already have a solution for the same, kindly inform us. Thank you!
