Lock note to prevent deletion

It would be nice to have a lock symbol next to the star symbol. When selected, a note is "locked" and cannot be deleted. This prevent accidental deletion of notes.
We've solved this by allowing you to recover the note from the Trash or Recover Deleted Items if it was deleted from the Trash.
