Allow reorganization of libraries and notebooks

Currently, I cannot reorder the libraries - e.g. with most important ones on top. I want to be able to reorder the libraries and the notebooks.
I wanted to let you know that you can in fact re-order libraries and notebooks.
You can re-order libraries by visiting settings from the bottom left of your account. And then click Libraries to rename, re-order and manage your libraries.
Notebooks you can re-order by simply clicking them and dragging them from one location to another. Let me know if you have any issues with this!
