Keyboard shortcut to follow link under cursor

The ability to follow a link which is currently highlighted under the cursor.
suggestion are ctrl+o or alt+o or ctrl+return. If a link is in the process of being created this key command should also immediately create the link and got to the page so if the link is "[[test" then ctrl+o would immediately create the link to the "test" page
